All orders will be shipped within five business days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation number along with a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse. We ship via USPS Ground. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so. The additional charges are shown as options at the bottom of the order form. Cost for upgraded shipping varies per weight and destination. Sorry, but we do not ship our products outside of the U.S.

We accept payment using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, checks and money orders. If you live in Massachusetts there will be a 6.25% sales tax on your order. When paying by check or money order, please make payable to ARMHER LLC, and send to P.O. Box 6414, Springfield, MA 01101. Your order will be shipped after your check has cleared the bank, please allow up to 10 days.

Exchange/Replacement Policy
We have researched each of our products for durability and longevity, but because our kits are made up of many products, there may be an occasion where an individual item gets damaged in shipment or does not perform properly. We will gladly replace any defective item to the recipient with an identical or a similar product of equal value. Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase using the procedure outlined below.

The cost to ship the product back to us will be paid by the customer. ARMHER will pay the cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you. NOTE: Please make sure you have tested the product(s) thoroughly before returning it to us. Often items shipped back to us are not defective; please rereading the instructions or try putting in new batteries before returning the product.

Return Policy
If the recipient of an ARMHER Survival Kit is not 100% pleased with their gift, we will be happy to provide a refund. Be advised that the kits are sold as a single unit, therefore we cannot refund individual items, and we can only credit the original purchaser due to our billing procedure. The kit(s) must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging with accessories and accompanying literature. If you lost anything that goes in your survival kit, it cannot be returned.

Note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error on your order in which case you will be reimbursed the cost of shipping via Ground or Standard only. For your protection we recommend that you ship frequest tracking information. Kits must be returned within 30 days of purchase following the procedure outlined below.

Procedure for Exchanges/Returns
Every return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us by email at for an RMA, and include in the correspondence your name, address, phone number, date of purchase and reason for return. When returning the goods, please include the RMA number on the outside of the box.

If a product has a longer warranty period than 30 days, it will be indicated on the product package. Please do not disassemble the product, as this will void any warranty/refund privilege. ArmHer reserves the right to replace items with a similar item of equal value, should current items become unavailable.
